Full - Color LED Display Faults and Troubleshooting Methods:

1.   The LED display has no signal output. The reasons are that the voltage of the control card is abnormal, the flat cable is inserted in the wrong direction, or there is a problem with the transmission or reception card. After inspection, adjust the voltage to the normal value; if there is a problem with the card, replace it.

2.   The entire screen does not light up or squares appear.

i.    Check whether the control host is turned on, and turn on the host.

ii.   Check whether the communication cable is properly inserted, and insert it properly.

iii.  Check whether the transmission card is properly inserted, and reinsert it.

iv.  Check whether the data cable between the multimedia card, collection card, and transmission card is properly connected. Connect it properly.

v.   The switch positions of JP1 or JP2 on the reception card are incorrect. Adjust the switch positions of JP1 and JP2.

vi.

3.   Every time you start the LED studio, it prompts that the signal collection line between the COM port of the control system and the data transmission card is not connected or the COM port of the computer itself is broken. Connect the data cable properly or replace the computer.

4.   The entire screen flashes or remains always on every sixteen rows. Check the settings in the LED studio. Open the LED studio, go to Debug - Hardware Settings (password 168) - System Settings, and set the row sequence to +0 or +1.

5.   The entire screen image shakes or has ghosting.

i.    Check the communication cable between the computer and the large screen, reinsert or replace it.

ii.   Check the DVI cable between the multimedia card and the transmission card, reinsert and reinforce it.

iii.  If the transmission card is broken, replace it.

6.   One unit board does not light up.

i.    Check whether +5V power or GND is supplied, and supply +5V power or GND.

ii.   Check whether +5V and GND are short - circuited, and disconnect the short - circuit.

iii.  Check whether the OE signal on the fifth leg of 138 is present, and supply the OE signal.

iv.  Check whether the OE signal connected to 245 is normal (open - circuit or short circuit), connect the open - circuit and disconnect the short - circuit.
